Ed helped us design a kitchen, master bathroom and deck addition. He maneuvered us through the tricky New Rochelle zoning and designed a stunning kitchen addition.
The Scarsdale zoning, planning, and especially the Architectural Review Board threw road blocks every step of the way. Ed always found a way around them with his persistence and hard work. We are very happy with the results.
We enjoyed the design process. We started with individual wish lists. Larry and I did not compare notes. Ed designed our nook to be an octagon because of skewed zoning setbacks. We were so happy with this shape; we repeated it in the dining room, master bathroom, and kitchen.
